"I had a last minute laundry "emergency" today. As I was putting in our laundry which needed to be done by tonight for a trip our washing machine broke mid wash. I called around 11am and asked about same day pick up drop off and explained the cloths were wet. The staff on the phone were very nice and without any hesitation came within the hour and had my cloths back before the expected time. Clothing smelled clean and was very well cared for.
